We’re wondering about participating on Goodreads. It’s a massive site, no doubt, but we’ve read so many reader reviews on Goodreads that turned out to be absolute spoilers that we’re very hesitant about promoting All The Big Ones Are Dead and Dark Nights 2 over there. Goodreads also seems to be of immense value to a lot of readers who want guidance and community to help them make reading choices, and to share their enthusiasm for specific books. There’s no argument against any of that at all (except for the spoiler review aspect), because the more people read the better off they’ll be for the most part. We’re keeping open minds about the site, and we’d greatly appreciate some feedback from both fans and detractors of Goodreads.
